PROJECT LINUS QUILTS
Project Linus quilts are given to children ages 0 to 18 who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need. These can be sewn quilts, knitted or crocheted afghans, or the popular fleece blankets.
As of March 2024 over 24,000 blankets have been donated from the Louisville Chapter of Project Linus.
The quilts/blankets can be any size up to twin size. The 40” x 60” size is the most requested. The popular 3 yard quilts work well and 36” x 36” sizes are given to fire stations/hospitals for baby boxes. “Boy” quilts are always needed You can find a variety of links to download patterns https://www.projectlinus.org/patterns.php and at https://azblankets4kids.com/.
