BLOCK OF THE MONTH CLUB

This year our vice-president and secretary are teaching several members how to use the Quick Curve ruler in a Block of the Month class held after each guild meeting. By the time they finish at the end of the year, they'll have all the blocks for a quilt! What could be better?

The kind folks at Amber Oaks Assisted Living have offered to make lunch for these ladies every other month, that's what! We thank them for their generosity, and look forward to many wonderful lunches throughout the year.

Below are photos of our members hard at work on their blocks. Can't wait to see the finished quilts!

Finished tops! Congratulations to all who participated!

August - Participants were asked to bring in the blocks they've finished so far.

July - Others continue working their way through the blocks.

June - One quilter has her quilt top done!

May - Reading instructions and sewing the blocks together!

April - Look how easy it is to cut curves!

March - Hard at work

February - Just getting started
